Since 2003, THP has been providing consultancy services in the technical evaluation for in excess of 1.2m apartments, as well as more than 5,000 commercial properties with an overall gross floor area of 24m sqm. The examined real estate has a value of more than 100bn EUR, of which real estate transactions totalling 36bn EUR have been brought to successful conclusions by our customers. THP was involved in about 10 percent of the annual successful commercial portfolio transactions in Germany during the years 2005 to 2008, on behalf of both purchasers and vendors.
Since foundation of the company, THP has successfully managed numerous projects within the framework of construction project management, with an investment volume of 1.1bn EUR.
In the field of technical asset management, we manage extensive residential and commercial real estate portfolios for various owners with respect to maintenance, tenant improvements and operational optimisation. In doing so, we place contracts for and supervise maintenance works of over 10m EUR each year.
