Dundee International REIT has acquired the head office of Ergo Direkt Versicherung in Nuremberg for 48.3m Euro. Overall in 2012, the Canadian REIT has already invested around 77m Euro in German real estate with some 44,600 m² of office space and there are plans for further office building acquisitions in Germany.
